Just find camps in your area and send them emails asking if they need your assistance. Also you can find a boy or girl scout main office, or state, county, city parks department or employment office. many city councillors and county commissioners, state legislators, and the like could help you along with an internship. expect about $15/hr, and opportunity to progress and find better work as part of your original tour of duty.

What should I wear to a kids summer camp job interview? You can't rock up like you're going to a summer camp, let your personality shine, be bubbly and vibrant, you don't necessarily have to show it through your clothing. You want to look professional.

Picking Apples

Another suitable job for kids is to pick apples. You can go to nearby apple orchards to ask whether they need helpers. If they need someone to pick apples, you can apply for it. No matter how old you are, you can do this job well, because fruit growers often choose to grow dwarf trees in their orchards, so even kids under 10 year old can reach the apples.

Raking leaves Service

When the autumn is coming, there are too many fallen leaves filled with yards and lawns. They are so thick that the old people even can be tripped over by them. So it is a good opportunity for you to find a job like raking leaves. This is a tiring task which needs your strength and patience. But if you think you can be competent for the job, you can have a try.

Car Washing Job

This is a good summer job for 15 year olds, you can charge $7 for a small car, $10 for a truck/large car. How to start this job? Fliers are good, but you might get the best results talking to your neighbors, knocking on doors of people you know are safe and giving them the fliers. Make sure your folks know where you are and who you are talking to. As for the prices you mentioned, they are pretty comparable to drive through car washes in my neighborhood, so you are probably in the ballpark.

Sell Ice Cream

Most places that sell ice cream/ice cream stands offer jobs for 14 year olds, but,at some places ,you have to  get the job when you are  15. It depends on the place, you can go to that particular ice cream parlor and ask the manager what is the minimum age limit, each manager may have different ideas in mind as to what makes a good employee.

If you are applying for this part-time job, it is not necessary to wear anything too heavy.Use common sense: no miniskirts or shorts, tank tops, flip flops, etc. Just make sure you look neat and well groomed. That's enough.

Walk dogs

Many kids love dogs. If you like too,you can go to the next door neighbor  and ask them if you can walk their dog.Maybe,ad is more effective, you can put up an ad in your neighbourhood and search for a rich family with a dog. Also, you can ask your relatives, friends, or parents' co-workers if they know that anyone need one walking their dog.

Lifeguard

If you get a CPR license ,then you can get a summer job as a life guard. Being a lifeguard is a great summer job for any teenager. They make many friends, and are out in the fresh air, instead of inside all day. While it is fun, you also have to take it very seriously, because someone's life may depend on you!

Find a lifeguard class in your area. Most lifeguard training classes are often offered through the YMCA. If you can't find one, call your local red cross and ask them. If you can't find your local red cross, call a local pool and ask how they go about hiring lifeguards. They may have a private program. If you have a particular place you want to lifeguard, call them first to see if they have any special requirements.
