Ways to Make Money for Kids

For many kids, they are eager for more money, here are some ways for kids to make money, they are real kids jobs you can get.

Animal Caretaker

For kids who love animals and would love to start a pet sitting service or pet walking service. It is tough starting out but post signs on bulletin boards in stores, vet offices, parks. Place ads in the classified under the pet listings. Go door to door to known pet owners and leave them flyer's. Once you can get established, hopefully the pet owners will talk to others and word of mouth will get you a thriving business.

Babysiter

If your child likes younger kids, then a baby sitter is a nice choice.  Parents often need a good and reliable baby sitter to watch their kids.  This position can be even expanded into a baby sitting service, by joining together a group of people who can offer baby sitting services to all the parents in the neighborhood.

House Cleaning

This is a very easy way to make money for kids, how to do it?  Organize a regular cleaning routine. Prepare a list that shows all cleaning to be done regularly and occasionally. Divide tasks up between household members so no one person is left with all of the responsibility.

Car washing

Car washing is a needed service in many places, As a job for kids, it's not hard to do. Automatic car washes are convenient, but the costs add up quickly. Rough brushes and harsh sprays can also scratch the paint or damage trim and accessories. Most gas station car washes don't dry the car effectively, leading to streaks. Driving away in a wet car also attracts fresh dirt, plastering it to the car's paint and rendering that car wash useless. Washing a car yourself allows you to use the best products and techniques to protect the finish and leave you with a shining automobile.

Parents Helper

A parents helper is similar to a baby sitter.  However, if your kid is too young to baby sit on their own, then a job helping parents is a good opportunity.  They can help watch someone's kids, assist with the feeding, playing, or doing chores around the house.  Later, once your child is older, they would likely have gained some references for regular baby sitting work.
